In the early stages of pregnancy it's a beautiful time to start developing your relationship with the breath. In labor we often feel that we need to exert like move against the direction that the body naturally wants to take us so we kind of force and push or half and puff. There is a middle ground here to really use the breath to support the contractions and support the movement of energy in the direction it's going. If you don't mind i've got one other area i wanted just to explore with you a little bit just for a couple of minutes no one's been on the podcast yet to talk about pregnancy and breathing.
