The Importance of Listening and Learning

There have been some resources that have come out, the NAD sponsored guiding families of LGBT plus loved ones. Do you think resources like this are helpful for the conversation? I believe that one of the issues with how the church approaches the LGBTQ community is a greater concern with demonstrating or proving or stating that we're loving than with actually being loving. Is there room when we look at affirming versus accepted theology for there to be people on both sides while still loving the queer community in a meaningful way? So can someone be pretty firm, even after looking at all these things being open about having these discussions and saying like, yeah, I still hold that traditional biblical view)? That's a really good question
