How to Forgive Yourself for What Happened Before
When you do that exercise, what you can do is look through each of those items and anything that really kind of brings up an emotion for you. That's where you're carrying an emotional charge. And then you can ask yourself, how is this showing up in my life right now? Where is this playing out? Because then when you can make that correlation between these, then you can recognize where one you can forgive you for what happened before.
