Virus Injections in Colitis
The experiment that you proposed of just doing this in the left insular cortex would have been a nice control. Or showing that another brain region that was activated during this immune, during the colitis was insufficient to drive the inflammatory response. That's going to be tough, especially since AAV sometimes can jump. I mean, that's kind of the, I guess that's the challenge of modern day neuroscience with viral injections.
