liberty university case points out that we have to think of institutions as moral beings. This is an institutional bedded in multiple layers, multiple practices,. That lives on even after jerry fallwell has been forced out. And it created some really interesting blowback from people like Tothat tweat the consumer protection agency and a financial bureau which was created in the image of god. But how do you answer somebody telling me that someone else says something else? I don't want to swoop back into something else but i want to get this right.
