Introduction

A half gram to a gram per pound of body weight is sufficient for most people. Diversify among meat, fish, shellfish and other invertebrates such as insects. Get 1,000 mg of calcium or up to 1.5 grams of calcium per day. Eat nose to tail - try to consume the parts of the animal when you eat animals we don't consume anymore.
