A Different Side to Shyness
We should be more inclusive and tolerant of shyness, says Susy scott. For some people it does become an identity - so you come to think of yourself as a shy person because people have always told you that. If you're not shy at all, shyness can sometimes seem like rudeness or aloofness. It's one of the reasons why i'm quite smilig, because i'm weary of being seen in that way.
