Julie, where do you think the healthcare system breaks down the most? David: You're absolutely right that it's pretty much all broken. The people delivering the service and receiving the service are not the people paying or sort of privy to the payments flow of services. And I think like probably rightfully so, they don't necessarily care about the cost of things as long as it's the right thing for the patient.
