The Loss of a Lock on the Door Frame
Ellen Greenberg's parents are trying to change the cause of death from suicide to homicide. The city is fighting this, and it's actually a kind of an unusual litigation but it is moving forward. In October of 2021, the trial court denied the city's motion for summary judgment; the city appealed. And in June of this year, the appellate court confirmed level over courts ruling.
