The couple got engaged at the end of 2020. They were supposed to get married in 21 but COVID life so they were engaged for two years. As soon as we got engaged I cordoned off the little bank account and I just started throwing money into it sat down with my husband first and we worked out our maximum limit. We did sit down and I said what's most important to you and he said music and food and I went okay what’s most important to me? Flowers and venue and dresses. Then we went and sourced proposals for those big ticket items and then came back together. Saw how much was left in our pot basically of our budget and then did the rest
