The Importance of Resting Between Sets
You're working the same muscles a couple times a week. Hit the muscle groups twice a week and ask yourself right now, how often are you hitting the muscle groups that you want to see a difference in? Pin them at least twice aweek and you'll see a big improvement. Take a rest between sets. This is one of the hardest cells I have to make with my personal training clients.
