500 young people apply every year to get in, and they can only pick 20. And those lucky 20, a make films. They take turns crewing on each other's movies. So everyone gets a chance to write, direct and then for my first film, we thought, why don't we do this as a feature? I remember on day one, they didn't know how to use the clapper. So i showed them, i explained,. This is why it's done. You know, it's for sink and then im you know, by 30 when everyone's really exhausted. They're just production injes like, i need the van park here right now. Thank you.
