Can You Pray the Electio Divina?
The starting point for the electo divina is the word of god. If it's just your feelings or your ideas about god, then yes, there is room for concern. But if you are practising it the way it was originally intended, which is with an actual text or truth of scripture, then the practice should direct you into a deeper walk with christ. We can't build a christian life out of fear of what could happen.
