This is the first step where what part of my physical being gets constricted and stressed. This is our early warning sign that says, hey, I'm waving the big F flag, you're about to fawn. So memorize this feeling. Now see yourself with them. Hear them talking, hear you talking. Notice what you're doing to fawn here. Is it a gesture? Is it how you're looking? Is it what you're not saying? What are you doing to please this person that trains you? That goes against what you want or need that stresses you out. Just feel that. And let's remember as we're seeing ourselves here, this is compassionate. This
