Etsy's always thought about the human side of things. And so, when you think about that, it wasn't just like, hey, let's focus on making these developers more efficient. We've got to make sure that not only do we keep them efficient, but we also are making their lives better. They're seeing stuff out in the marketplace. They're making an impact. It was a natural fit for us.
