Is It Possible to Solve Inefficiencies in European Leagues?

European teams are run inefficiently on a dollar per point ratio compared to the way that an American baseball team is run. Players expect they will be paid in some way that is relative to the club rather than their dollar per win ratio. All of those things are highly inefficient for managing and then this is obviously a big issue with bringing in new players, renegotiating contracts when players improve all of those things lead to European teams being run inefficiently.
