There's this reflectiveness to the rich kid, richer in the poor, get poorer. The public goods get better in rich communities and they get worse in like Flint, Michigan. If you can scale everyone in society's ability or maybe not everyone, but the most high leverage people, then you can scale up the social context. And that allows people to help each other up.
