A lot of people don't like the OSI model because it's over, you know, layer five and layer seven. If you're building proxies or if you're using proxies, you might live in layer four and layer seven,. That's why there's this layer seven proxy. What does that mean? It all layer three firewalls, all that stuff, right? All really depends of where are you in this stack?
