Don't be afraid to just try things out in your classroom. Experimentation, giving things a go even without having the firmest grasp of things is really important. There's no schools out there that are doing everything perfectly and amazing and fantastic. Everyone is on this journey of there's a renaissance if you like of people learning about learning and learning about teaching. As a result we're all learning together.
