Is There Anything You've Missed in Education?
In some ways, what we do in education is we are directors of attention. We can perhaps draw an analogy with physical exercise. If you go for one 15 minute jog once in a blue moon that probably won't make much difference to cardiovascular health. But if you commit to regularly running for 15, 20 minutes every single morning, then you quite quickly stack up some pretty significant benefits. Guess similar would be true for meditation and mental health right? That's a great analogy. I think that makes sense. This has been absolutely fascinating.
