The Challenge of Finding Opportunities for Office Building Conversions

I think expectations for there being a mass wave of conversions in sort of dramatic fashion is really unrealistic but there are opportunities out there. I think what the task force was trying to do was say okay let's see let's make it more feasible that where that we might be seeing vacancy we can align all these other regulations so that againsort of making those stars align. Even though buildings are maybe seeing increases in vacancy they're often not vacant, wholly vacant. What about when we talk about it from a values perspective? This means so much commentary in the last year about how much an office building on would need to fall in value for its owner to consider converting it. Are we at the point yet
