Is Microsoft's Workforce Performing Better Than Facebook?
Microsoft fired around 5% of its workforce, that's a 5% of your least productive workers. I didn't think that is a massive cause to concern. Microsoft seems like their contract with the US military for that fell through and they also sign this partnership with Facebook where Microsoft would provide the software for the Facebook virtual reality headsets. And those are the kind of decisions I think happen to this stage in the cycle. When interest rates are going up and consumers are getting squeezed, Microsoft's worst for individuals was personal computers because people just buying less computers, it was down 19%.
