The whitespace is typically discussed in terms of graphic design or art. However, I've come to use it to describe the opportunity to exploit gaps in the marketplace between two or more successful models. In this episode, I'll discuss my thoughts on how to find "whitespace" and give you prime examples of other fitness companies that have done so successfully.
