The President Doesn't Read the PDB
The president-elect has said he doesn't want a 20 or 30 page book full of articles. Mike Pompeo publicly said that the PDB is full of pictures, graphs and charts. He actually used the phrase killer graphics which got some chuckles at the time because people didn't know how serious he was being. The White House has never really pushed back on it. But we see little evidence that he is reading it every single day.
