The Four Dimensions of a Champion

There's just certain people that don't have a tendency to take action as much as we'd like. So I looked at two different dimensions. One dimension is how they appreciate the value of innovation. The second dimension is their bias for action. If they're not taking action, they are not being a champion for us. And then in the third definition, someone's tendency toward toward to take action has to do with them as an individual.
