Addressing Complacency in the Fire Service

Today we sat down with Chief Dennis Reilly. Chief Reilly has been involved intimately involved in the fire service for over forty years, with over twenty years as a Chief Officer. He is a dynamic self-starter who is very comfortable working in challenging situations. Chief Reilly’s work record shows a consistent ability to exceed what is expected of him. He is a solid team builder and team member. This was an amazing conversation with an absolute legend and we were incredibly humbled to have this opportunity. 

We want to let the listeners know that this was our first attempt at a remote recording on the podcast. Chief Reilly is located in Florida, it was a bit windy in Florida on the day we recorded and some of that wind cuts his microphone out a few times.
