I loved your book, Damsal and Distress. And you talk a lot about women in finance. I always struggle because in practice, the theory doesn't work. It is well documented by academics and research that teams that are diverse make better decisions. If you don't see those women who have had a thrilling and successful career, it's really difficult for young women to think that's a path for me. So I think these are two at least critical factors that are changing for sure.
