How to Argue Your Passion for HTML Design

Chris: It's fascinating sometimes that when you know stuff like Tom obviously does, you don't realize how little other people know. I mean, when I first came into HTML design, I thought, this is really simple. A lot of people know this. Why would anyone pay me to do this for them? And you realize, oh, so not everybody does this. So it can really matter because then Tom's mission then is actually articulating how you articulate, which is quite fun.
