What Are the Principles of Team Building?

i always try to ask myself there's kind of why, what and how why questions. Why are we on this team? That's like purpose. And i think it's always important to get a team to get a line around why are we here. The how is culture. That's the hardest part. We may be allined ton why we're here, our purpose, but how are we going to make that stra come to life? How are we gonna behave with one another? I thought the last dance, michael jordan, phil jackson, was one of the greatest lessons in leadership and in the importance of team work ever.
