LLVM

Rust is a mix of full-time people and volunteers. I work on the front end, but beyond that I just basically go wherever the profiler takes me. We actually have some development back ends that go like x86 to arm which are both in feature incomplete. The web assembly one is almost completely feature complete. It has everything except 128 bit integers, which we actually might just get from our standard library anyway. So it's a real mix.
