I'm Leary of the Language of Misinformation in This Bill

I am leary of the language in this bill, and i was glad that rod called our attention to it. Alarm bells go off for me whenever anyone uses that word harm. You know, harm has become an umbrella term for anything you don't like or that you can claim hurts your feelings. Usually disingenuously. So that word shouldn't belong anywhere in the bill. And i'm so uneasy with the language of misinformation. I mean, that's a very subjective category also, and has been used already against me.
