The Impact of Low Safety on a Culture
The flip side of the coin of loss is opportunity because all risk represents something that can change in the environment, right? And so, is it do you act to prevent something or can you use that information to take advantage. One really important problem that we need to solve right now is we're not getting information up through the organization. It's a fearful culture and our low safety culture is one in which a significant portion of people's attention is on impression management rather than on the work.
