How Do They Design This Without Sophor Up Date?

The hase said that they are going to waive that cost yet, whenever they actually have them. But it just makes me wonder, how do they design this without the ability to do some kind of off line sophor up date like i understaind? I'm just thinking that when building the npotement system in ta car, something's going to go wrong with the soft ware forever. There's no way around it. So i would just think about building it in more ways to save yourself. You don't want to end up with people being able to hack it and put weird stuff on it,. their own oes on it, or something.
