How Finland Solved Homelessness
In Portland, you have to have low income housing in your housing project. Finland has solved homelessness by building homes for the homeless instead of abandoning them. The estimated cost to build the 10th city and give everybody $1,000 a month is $35,000 per year per homeless person. So why not build housing? This is what Finland did now.
