If you've got a need for m d m, if you have been given a mandate by your management to come up with a single version of the trutho single view or a three 60 view of customer, just be very, very careful that you avoid a scope creep. Don't try to break all your data silos all at once. Take like an n v p, minimum vible product type approach to taking a limited scope approach hereand get something off the ground quickly. You need somebody in your corner from an executive perspective. Third part is, don't cut quarters on governments. You need the business engaged.
