The Costs of a Minority Report Approach
I feel like the things that people of color get arrested for in this country and end up serving time are just like non crimes. Or it's low level crimes that like white kids get away with. I had an old philosophy professor that would always talk about how if you really want to reduce crime, you would just lock up every boy in America between 16 and 24. Well, they're going to come out like in real bad shape though.
