Sell the position has basically become my mantra and a bunch of listeners. This week's story is also about being stuck but it's about the decisions that other people make or don't make. The owners of the apartment I live in have been trying to sell it for the better part of a year. And then seemingly out of nowhere, last week it sold in a bidding war with a cash offer well over the asking price.
