Michael Peterson was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison but then all this stuff starts to come out. The convictions were overturned and now the state has to decide are we going to try this guy again like we're going to put him back on trial. We learned from Freda blacks handwritten notes that Deborah radish had originally not listed the cause of Kathleen's death as blunt force trauma but rather simply as loss of blood.
