Physiology Is a Multi-Factorial System

We've been sold single point solutions for a multi-factorial system. And again, for my physiology to change, any message into it needs to be chronic. I don't get fit overnight, I doesn't get nourished overnight,. I do it over weeks, generally six weeks minimum, but three months. Why would I want to see someone back in three months if I've done some testing? Because it's got to be that period of time before anything changes. But we can't say that one individual thing is particularly good for us or bad for us.
