The Future of Industrial Real Estate

The low cap rate increased really in industrial and in multi-family and in singleton, but then the larger, much larger cap rate increase in office. As it's become more difficult to find good sites, how much are you looking at redevelopment of malls or things like that? We did redevelop a very large mall in Birmingham for Amazon, Last Mile, Delivery Station,. But we're still looking at stuff like that. It's just, everyone's gonna be a little slower here for the short term.
