How to Launch a New Lead Magnet Every Quarter

I'm wondering for a few weeks, maybe months already, if I should be launching only three times a year or if it stay for because from the business point of view, it's each quarter, each new beginning. And basically I really do on board, deliver, and then start the campaign again. So yeah, from the point of amount of work that I do, it would be easier to have just three times. On the other hand, there is some obviously turn rate where people just believe eventually some of them will leave sooner. So we'll leave later. But yeah, it's hard to decide.
