Sacrificing in the Present
We discussed last week adam and eve's discovery of the future. And it's our knowledge of the possibility of ety and suffering in the future that motivates us to sacrifice in the present. We're also doing it so that, you know, we can have some joy, and we can make life better. But the fundamental issue is to stave the suffering off right? That's what you want to do. At least for me they didn't a line self, evidently.
