The Risk of Relapses of AIHA in Pregnant Women
Researchers looked at 45 pregnant women with AIHA diagnosed before pregnancy. They found relapses of the disease were high in many cases. Maternal outcomes were favorable, but there was an increase in serious fetal and neonatal complications.
