When ed from college, a whenever my classmates decided to start up at that time, the joke was that they couldn't get a job in placements and so they started something of their owns h. But now corporates are willing to put a premium on the kind of experience that somebody who's worked in ha start up or started his own company brings. And this has been on the job side of the corporate side. I think while family offices maybe were a bit slower in accepting this acet class, maybe they weren't as excited about it. Now, i see a remarkable sea change in terms of their acceptance of this as class.
