Is There a Civilization Over 20 Thousand Years Ago?

i don't believe that there was civilization over 20 thousand years in south south america. There may have been people, but i don't think there was enough population to really kick started. Do you think it's possible that we're hauled up in africa and peru and australia in places like this, waiting out the ice age? Ie, i still think that the Americanans no civilizations. They basely came from polynesia, possibly some from europe,. of the pre celtic civilizations ofo slutrians a. But yet, dave matherson would say that they all got it from the stars.
