Can We Achieve That?
We can't afford not to do this for very clear reasons. But I think also we should look at it as a really exciting opportunity. People are offering us a new way of inventing work. We're doing it now with a generation in two places who are demanding of us a better work-life balance. It's clearly something, an ambition, something we should all aim for,. Hard to achieve, but because that requires deep cultural change. To deliver the kind of workforce and working conditions that will deliver the best patient care.
