Business Is Moving Faster Than Policies in the Climate Debate
There's definitely a prevailing sense that business is ahead of government at the moment in the whole climate discussion. We need to engage with these companies and actually make them do the right thing going forward. I personally am not that interested in the liability of what they've done in the past. Jungley, let's talk about the global methame pledge that was aimed at reducing missions of short lived, but potent greenhouse gases by 30%. And you know, how much of the hanging fruit? That just gives political cover for not addressing the thornier issues.
