A high level athlete who skis all over the world came into my studio and I put him through a workout. He was as many athletes are, you know, shocked humiliated, embarrassed, which I try not to do. And he realized how far he had to go as an athlete. So in about like 30 minutes, I'm like, yeah, I can do this. Program now I had them do it all seated sitting. They were looking forward to this every day their walker heights had to be increased.
