What Is Structural Balance?
The first thing I want to be considerate of is my posture, structural balance. Structural balance means the position of optimal posture requiring the least amount of energy to sustain it. So if we lack stability, even if it's small percentages and loss, then we lose the ability to contract the prerequisite to growth is stability. And here's how I make sure that I'm stacked.
