We adopted 27500 rituals which is around the human-centered organization and it's about putting people at the heart of decision-making. We also have quite a strong social value and sustainability agenda in terms of how do we ensure that we are giving back to the community but in doing so you know look after your own first. So with both of those in mind we decided to go for 45,000 and three to complement our45,000 and one management system.
